‘Careers Week 2016’ begins
Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council inaugurated the exhibition ‘Careers Week 2016’ at the Bahrain Training Institute, in the presence of Director General of Bahrain Training Institute, Dr. Fawzi Al Jowder.
More than 15 public and private institutions participated in the exhibition, which will be open until tomorrow from 9am to 2pm.
Secretary General of the Council of Higher Education said that the exhibition aims to inform graduates the opportunity to learn more about potential employers and the opportunities available.
Director General of the Bahrain Training Institute pointed out that the exhibition would attract senior students in secondary schools, as it will introduce them to the demands of the labour market and assist them in the selection of appropriate undergraduate majors with the requirements of government and private institutions.
He thanked all institutions involved in this year’s exhibition and called on graduates and job seekers to visit the exhibition for job training opportunities.
