Brufen tablets safe in Bahrain
The batches of a medicine which were withdrawn in Oman are not available in Bahrain. The National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) issued a statement confirming the safety of the stocks of Brufen tablets.
The health authorities in Oman withdrew particular batches of the tablets for noncompliance with the approved standards.
The NHRA officials contacted the agent in charge of the medicine and ensured the safety of the stocks in Bahrain. The regulatory authority urged the public not to post any information unless confirmed officially by competent parties.
