Khaleeji Commercial Bank promotes 45 employees

Manama: Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB) has announced the promotion of 45 employees to top leadership positions ranging from Executive Director, Senior Manager, Assistant Manager, First Assistant and Officer.

On this occasion, Khalil Al Meer, the Chief Executive Officer of the bank said, “We are proud of our qualified staff especially Bahrainis who make up 98 per cent of the total staff. This high Bahrainisation percentage reflects our confidence in the national competencies.”

“Our staff are the key elements of success which has been achieved, where we have announced 109.8pc increase in our net profit for the financial year ended on December 31, 2015,” Al Meer added.

The CEO of the Bahrain-based bank said, “These promotions comes in line with the bank’s strategy to develop its operations as we are currently working towards offering innovative products and services to our customers, improve our processes to speed up the turn-around-time and will further ease their reach to the bank by deploying new electronic channels, which definitely need to enhance our staff to successfully meet our goals.”

The CEO concluded his statement by saying, “We congratulate the employees who have been promoted and wish them all the success in their tasks.”
