Al Baraka Bank announces promotions

Manama: The Bahrain based leading Islamic banking group, Al Baraka Banking Group B.S.C (ABG) announced wide promotions among members of its staff cadre in a number of main departments in the Group.

The following staff are promoted: Ebrahim Abdulaziz Al Zayani, Mohamed Abdullatif Al Mahmood and Mahmood Taher Ali Taheri to First Vice President, Mahmood Mohamed Al Hoori, Salman Mahmood Sayyar and Abdulsamad Isa Khalfan to Assistant Vice President, Fadhel Hameed Abdulrasool to Deputy Manager, Sheema Ismaeel Haji, Yusuf Abdulkarim Rashdan and Ali Abdulla Bushaqer to Assistant manager, and Mariam Khalil Suwailem to Head of Section.

Commenting on the promotions, Adnan Ahmed Yousif, Member of the Board of Directors and President and Chief Executive of Al Baraka Banking Group said that the move clearly reflect the Group’s keenness to make way for the rise of young and promising leaders to key positions in the
Group.

He added that Al Baraka Banking Group intends to continue working during the coming period in order to make the best use of its substantial and qualified human resources in achieving maximum returns to its shareholders and stakeholders, and at the same time satisfying the varying and rapidly increasing needs of its customers.
