Muharraq Municipal Council plans career expo
Manama: Muharraq Municipal Council is planning to hold a career expo to help recruit job-seekers in the city and neighbouring areas.
Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel Humaidan received Muharraq Municipal Council Chairman Mohammed Abdulla Al Sinan and discussed details of the initiative.
The council intends to organise the expo in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social Development as part of community partnership to promote employment.
The Minister stressed the importance of community partnerships in integrating the national workforce into the private sector, commending the initiative of the council which supports such efforts.
