Al Zayani Investments win ATC

Manama: Rotaract Bahrain, part of Rotary International, announced the winners of Against the Clock (ATC) a sports fundraising event.

ATC, took place on March 11 at Albander Hotel & Resort and was successful in raising funds that will “provide generic support to children with Cancer.”

Al Zayani Investments’ team came first, followed by Alba’s team and Tamkeen’s team in the second and third
slots.

Zuhair Al Najjar, the head of the AZI participating teams, commented on the occasion saying, “We are extremely proud of our participation in the event, which reflected the local companies’ keenness to always jump in support of any initiative benefiting the local society. ”

BIC Commercial Director Sherif Al Mahdy commented: “We hope that our minor contribution makes a major impact for all those who are in need, in particular the children with cancer in the paediatric oncology department in Salmaniya Medical Centre. We thank Rotaract Bahrain for putting this very meaningful event together,” he added.

ATC Committee Chairman Mahmood Almohri thanked all the sponsors.
