Minister patronises RAP graduation ceremony

Manama: Minister  of Interior Lt General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa patronised the graduation of the 11th batch of university graduate cadets at the Royal Academy of Police (RAP).

The batch included graduates from the Bahrain Defence Force and National Security Agency. The ceremony also included the graduation of the second batch of the human rights diploma.

The Interior Minister was welcomed on arrival by Chief of Public Security Major General Tariq Al Hassan and the RAP Commandant. At the event, the Minister inspected the parade and watched military exercises by the graduates. RAP Commandant thanked the Minister for supporting the academy’s development.

The Minister honoured outstanding students and distributed human rights diploma certificates to the graduates. He also distributed certificates to the graduates of the high diploma of law and police science and Criminal and Police Science diploma.

He congratulated the graduates and urged them to work hard in serving the nation. He also honoured the winners of the Interior Ministry Award of Security Research.
