BIC Corporate Boxes sold out for Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix

Sakhir : Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East”, announced today that all 34 of its Corporate Boxes have been sold out for the upcoming 2016 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix.
 
Located at the top level of the Main Grandstand, BIC’s Corporate Boxes offer a spectacular view of some of the most crucial parts of the circuit, including the start grid, the finish line, the main straight and the winners’ podium.
 
Each Corporate Box can host a minimum of 15 persons, with a maximum of 24.
 
The Corporate Boxes are a perfect venue for companies to host their clients or staff in a place they can enjoy the world-class racing from the comforts of an exclusive, first-class setting.
 
Only five days remain before the curtains come up for some of the Bahrain Grand Prix’s world-renowned entertainment at BIC in Sakhir.
 
On Thursday, March 31, Moroccan superstar Saad Lamjarred will be taking to the stage for a memorable live performance. It will be the first of three successive nights of concerts that headline the off-track events all Formula 1 weekend.
 
Earlier that same evening, starting at 5pm, BIC will be opening its doors to all ticket holders for an exclusive Formula 1 Pit Walk. Fans will be able to enjoy an up-close look at the Formula 1 pit lane and the teams’ garages, as they prepare for the start of all of the weekend’s action.
 
All those with tickets to the Bahrain Grand Prix will be able to enjoy the Pit Walk and the ensuing concert of Lamjarred.
 
One of the biggest Arabic music stars today, Lamjarred will be serenading the crowd with some of his biggest hits such as “’LM3ALLEM”, “Mal Hbibi Malo” and “Salina Salina”.

His concert is only the first of a series of fantastic live performances at the Bahrain Grand Prix. On Friday, April 1, reggae legend Jimmy Cliff will be getting fans in a party mood, as will superstar DJs Axwell ⋀ Ingrosso. They will be followed on Saturday, April 2 by artist and producer Avicii, who will have his turn to entertain the crowd.

A Main Grandstand ticket costs BD150, while a Batelco Grandstand ticket is BD120. A ticket to the Turn One Grandstand is BD100, and tickets to the University and Victory Grandstands are BD60 apiece.

Children aged three to 12 years old can get tickets for half the price, while entry is free of charge for those below three years old. School students aged 13 to 17 years old can get a 25 per cent discount. University students can get 10 per cent off, while senior citizens aged 60 and above along with people with special needs can get 25 per cent discount.
 
All tickets are for three-day access to the Grand Prix weekend, including all the racing and off-track entertainment and concerts.
