Suspended news channel staff leave Bahrain
Manama: The Information Ministry said that all the employees of the suspended Al-Arab satellite news channel have left the Kingdom.
They left Bahrain after terminating their residence in cooperation with the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA).
The news channel’s technical equipment has also been moved out in cooperation with the Customs Affairs, according to the existing laws and regulations.
An official source from the Ministry revealed that all the 136 non-Bahraini employees were granted a grace period to arrange for their departure.
