BCCI revamps board
Manama: Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Board of Directors has decided to reelect Khalid Abdulrahman Al Moayed as the Chairman of the Board for the remaining period of the board’s session.
It also elected Khalid Rashid Al Zayani as the First Deputy Chairman, Abdulhamid Abduljabbar Al Kooheji as Second Deputy Chairman, Isa Abdulrahim Al Riffai as Financial Secretary, Mohammed Sajid as Deputy Financial Secretary, Ahmed Abdulla Binhindi and Abdulhakim Ibrahim Al Shummari as Executive Board Members.
The board also appreciated the efforts of the previous members of the executive board and assured that the new members will continue working with devotion to serve the same causes.
In the meeting, board members confirmed that the financial report of the chamber for the fiscal year 2015 will be audited and will be discussed during the next general assembly meeting on April 7. The board also discussed the annual report of the chamber’s activities in 2015.
