BAHRAIN SOCIETY OF ENGINEERS ANNOUNCES BIPEX 2015 LAUNCH

The Bahrain International Property Exhibition, BIPEX 2015 was launched here yesterday with a renewed emphasis at a press conference held at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay.

BIPEX is the Kingdom’s pioneering property show that has served the community for several years. BIPEX 2015 is scheduled for November 5 to 7 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister HE Shaikh Khalid Bin Abdulla Al Khalifa.

Over the past decade, BIPEX has grown rapidly and consolidated its reputation as a key international property exhibition. This event attracts both emerging and established real estate companies as exhibitors and participants. Furthermore, it sets the perfect stage for investors, developers and buyers to discuss various aspects facing the industry, including timely solutions and suggestions in that regard.

BIPEX provides a unique opportunity for developers to inform potential buyers on topics about real estate developments, property features, financial terms and legal issues on a one-on-one basis.

The Bahrain Society of Engineers or BSE, is the premier body representing engineering professionals in the Kingdom. A dedicated committee is tasked with regularly organizing the BIPEX. “Bahrain is consolidating its position as a hub for home-buyers and leisure travelers,” said Mohammed Khalil Alsayed, the Chairman of this Organizing Committee for BIPEX.

“The government’s infrastructure spending in addition to the development of the tourism sector and the recent economic growth of 4.5% YOY reinforce this view. I am deeply optimistic about BIPEX 2015 as I believe it is a timely event that showcases a key component of Bahrain’s economy that benefits the players as well as investors and the general public,” added Mr. Alsayed.

I see it as a catalyst for inward investment flows into Bahrain, amongst providing many other related benefits to the economy of Bahrain.
