Bahrain approves 'pay as much work' policy
Manama : Civil Service Bureau (CSB) President Ahmed Zayed Al Zayed has approved the third edition of the Civil Service instructions for the year 2016 on job evaluation system.
He stressed that these instructions come from the relentless pursuit of the Bureau in the study of various jobs in the civil service besides the development of standards and regulations to ensure fair and equal treatment of similar jobs when determining the employment level.
The Director General, Organisation & Position Budget, Engineer Jamal A. Aziz Al-Alawi explained that the issuance of these instructions come from the responsibilities of CSB in developing and implementing appropriate plans to classify all jobs in government entities.
The Bureau confirms the policy of pay as much work to optimise the use of Human Resources allocated to work completion and functions assigned to each government entity.
