Company ordered to pay compensation to ex-employee
Manama : The Labour Court has ordered a GCC-based company operating in Bahrain to pay US$287,751 to a British woman in compensation for unpaid pension and service benefits.
The plaintiff served in the company for 15 years as a CEO, from January 1993 till February 2008. She resigned, but the company refused to pay her service benefits as well as her pension.
