Bahrain iGA achieves 90pc of objectives

Manama: Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) Chief Executive Mohammed Ali Al Qaed revealed that the organisation succeeded in achieving 90 per cent of its objectives in 2015, according to the National eGovernment Strategy.

The announcement was made during a press conference held yesterday, attended by Al Qaed, Human & Financial Resources and Acting Awareness & Marketing Director Fahad Isa Al Qadhi and eService Delivery & Channel Enhancement Acting Director Mohammed Abdul Aziz.

Al Qaed confirmed that the Authority is keen on measuring its performance with the purpose of evaluating and developing to achieve the set objectives.

AlQaed concluded the press conference by confirming that iGA will move forward in achieving ambitious objectives within the eGovernment sector. Such objectives can be implemented, measured and followed by clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), he added.
