Batelco backs ITW 2016
Manama : Batelco has announced its backing to International Telecoms Week (ITW) 2016 as its Prime Sponsor. The event is scheduled to take place in Chicago at the Hyatt Regency and Swissotel hotels, from May 8 to 11.
Commenting on the move, Batelco said in a statement that such prestigious events as ITW offer Batelco a platform to meet its partners from around the world, and discuss ways to strengthen their relationships further.
ITW is an annual event, now in its 9th year, which attracts more than 6000 senior executives from carriers, service providers, ISPs, VOIP providers and technology partners from all over the world.
“We are very keen on supporting events that aim to develop the telecom industry, and as such we are proud to be sponsoring ITW 2016,” said Batelco Chief Global Business Officer Adel Al Daylami.
“This year we are attending the event with a stronger global portfolio and will work on strengthening it even further during the conference,” he added.
