Minister appointed as member of edu council

Manama : Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa issued Edicts 20, 21 and 22/2016 yesterday. In Edict 20/2016, HRH Premier appointed Youth and Sports Affairs Minister as a member of the Higher Council for Education and Training Development for the same term specified for members of the Council as per Edict 3/2015, effective from the date of issuance, to be published in the Official Gazette.

In Edict 21/2016, HRH the Prime Minister stipulated the restructuring of the Minors Fund Council chaired by Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Minister and membership of: Khalid Abdullah Al Shomali, Jassim Hamad Saqr Al Mo’awda, engineer Kazhem Al Sayed Hashim Al Hashimi, Khalil Mohammed Bu Hijji, Mohammed Abdullah Al Mattawa, Sadiq Eid Al Rahma, Jassim Hasan Abdul Aal, and Yousef Hussain Abdul Malik. Their membership term will be for two years renewable. The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments has been tasked to implement this edict effective from the day following the date of its publication on the Official Gazette.

In Edict 22/2016, Prince Khalifa stipulated the transferring of Mohammed Hasan Al Awadhi to become Director of Institutional Performance Directorate and Duaij Khalifa Al Binali, the Director of Planning and Manpower Balancing Directorate to become Director of Job Evaluation Directorate. 

Edict 22/2016 also stipulated the appointment of Adnan Mohammed Abdulrahman as Director of Human and Financial Resources, Ameena Ahmed Al Qa’ood as Director of Organistion and Administrative Engineering, tasking the president of the Civil Service Bureau (CSB) to implement this Edict, effective from the date of its issuance which shall be published on the Official Gazette.
