Bahrain Parliament calls for war against Hezbollah

Manama : Bahrain’s House of Representatives has called to declare war against Hezbollah and other radical and terrorist organisations in the region. This came in a statement that followed yesterday’s weekly session of the Parliament here.

The statement called for putting an end to the practices of Iran and its supporters against Arabian countries and especially GCC states. The MPs denounced the continuous Iranian interference in domestic Bahraini affairs and called for national and regional unity against the terrorism of Welayat Al Faqih (Iranian sectarian/political system) and Hezbollah.

The lawmakers also hailed the recent statement issued by Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), backing Interior Ministry and other security authorities in combating terrorism and protecting the society.

They stressed in their statement on the necessity of eliminating incitement that is spread through religious platforms and is supported by foreign parties.

The MPs called for deterrent punishment for the killers of the policeman and radical and extremist groups. They said there’s no compromise on the security of the nation.

Expressing their rejection and condemnation of terrorism, the parliamentarians conveyed their condolences to the family of martyr Mohammed Tanweer, who was killed in Karbabad’s terrorist attack on Saturday.
