Come and enjoy the magical experience of a unique meditation method in a FREE introductory session being organized by Sahaja yoga Bahrain today at the THMC hall. Sahaja yoga is  a unique meditation method currently being practised in more than 100 countries. 

This auspicious day every year is being observed as World Inner Peace Day by the UN.  Sahaja Yoga can be practised by people from all faiths, regardless of religion and can be done at convenient time, place and sitting posture.

Bahrain National Superbike Championship is the first organized motorcycle championship in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The event is supported by the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) and the Bahrain Motor Federation (BMF), making it unique and a first for the region.

AHMED ANNAN SOLO EXHIBITION

The solo exhibition of Bahraini artist Ahmed Annan is on display at Al Riwaq Art Space till 5 May. In Annan’s work, he proves that we hide what is beautiful and show what is ugly, only to occasionally discover beauty in the ugliness and ugliness in the beauty. Concealing and revealing is not only a phenomenon but a process in every aspect of our life, behaviour, religion, trade, politics, culture and art.
