Bahrain Ministry inspects Arad area
Manama : Roads Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Huda Fakhro yesterday conducted an inspection in Arad to assess the infrastructure needs in the area.
She was accompanied by representative of the 7th Constituency of the Muharraq Governorate Sabah Al Dosari and a number of engineers from the Ministry.
During the inspection, Fakhro explained that the Ministry intended to develop all areas in the Kingdom.
She also commended the efforts extended by municipal council members in accommodating people’s needs and providing the best services to them.
Meanwhile, Al Dosari requested the Ministry to pave a number of locations in Blocks 243 and 245 either with asphalt or red brick to avoid gathering of dust and storm water flood in front of houses.
She also requested the Ministry to revamp internal roads in Block 243, industrial area, airport highway, create an entrance access point from the airport highway to Block 243 and revamp Road 4409 in Block 244.
