Jordan ready to supply qualified, trained workers
Manama : Jordanian Labour Minister Dr. Nidal Kattamin has expressed his country’s readiness to supply the Bahraini labour market with qualified and trained workforce, as well as with expertise in the fields of safety and occupational health and inspection mechanisms adopted by the Labour Ministry.
This came as a Bahraini parliamentary delegation, led by the Chairman of the Services Committee at the Council of Representatives MP Abbas Al Madhi, visited the Jordanian Labour Ministry to discuss the existing areas of bilateral labour cooperation, and ways to enhance them.
According to Jordanian news agency Petra, the Minister briefed the delegation on the labour market in his country, especially regarding training, expatriate workers and unemployment.
The Kingdom’s delegation comprised MP Mohammed Al Maarifi, the Deputy Chairman of the Services Committee, and MPs Osama Al Khaja and Ali Al Moqla.
