Bahrain jails man for online incite
Manama : The Lower Criminal Court sentenced a Twitter user to five years behind the bars for insulting two men on the online social platform.
The defendant is said to have accused the duo of betraying the Kingdom and inciting the public to overthrow the regime.
The 37-year-old was indicted of publicly insulting the pair and misusing communication devices.
