VIVA introduces Bahrain’s first mobile child-tracking technology

Manama : VIVA Bahrain, the Kingdom’s most innovative telecom operator, has launched the all-new VIVA Child Malak-e Tracker for parents to easily monitor, locate, track and ensure their child’s safety at all times. The high-tech mobile watch is one of the digital solutions under VIVA Connected Life, which allows customers to monitor every aspect of their life with the swipe of a finger.

The VIVA Child Malak-e Tracker is a stylish kids’ mobile watch that comes with a free downloadable mobile application that is compatible with iOS and Android. Through the application, parents can manage contacts, send voice messages, make voice calls, define ‘Safe Area’ limits and track their child’s location. If the child removes the watch, falls down or presses the SOS emergency button on it, the parents will immediately be notified on their smartphone. 

The watch enables the child to receive calls from up to eight numbers and make calls to three stored numbers, all of which are managed by the parents. The mobile watch also blocks calls from anonymous numbers to protect the child from strangers.

The VIVA Malak-e Child Tracker is designed for parents and guardians of children who are too young to carry mobile phones or not allowed to carry them on school grounds.
