Foreign minister receives Indian Ambassador's credential copies

 Minister of Foreign Affairs Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa has received the copies of the credentials of the newly-appointed Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Alok Kumar Sinha here yesterday.

 The minister welcomed Sinha to the Kingdom, and praised the distinguished bilateral relations between Bahrain and India and its development in various fields.

 The Foreign Minister commended the positive role the Indian community plays in the process of development, construction and achieving prosperity in the Kingdom of Bahrain and wished the new Ambassador all future success.

 He affirmed that the New Ambassador would work in an environment most suitable for improving bilateral relations at all levels and achieve the benefit of both countries and their people.

 Ambassador Sinha noted with praise the great level of development and progress the Kingdom of Bahrain is achieving in various fields, stressing that he will spare no effort in upgrading cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to improve the ties and achieve common interests.
