Alternative road for trucks in Diraz over : Bahrain
Manama : Roads Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Huda Fakhro stated that the Ministry has recently completed the implementation of an alternative road for trucks along Post Avenue in Diraz.
Fakhro explained that the alternative road starts from Avenue 36 and extends to the new traffic signal at the Intersection of Budaiya Highway and Janabiya Highway.
The road has been temporarily made into an alternative road for trucks to prevent them from entering the residential area of Diraz, Block 540.
According to Fakhro, the project has been implemented by the Direct Labour Office of the Roads Projects & Maintenance Directorate. Levelling works were implemented and barriers were installed to direct traffic location.
