Al Musawi, Marhoon win bodybuilding medals
Manama : Bahrain’s Sayed Nasrallah Al Musawi clinched the silver medal in the 80kg category and Jassim Marhoon bronze in the Classic Super Tall of the 50th Asian Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships in Beijing, China.
The championship, which got underway on Wednesday and concluded yesterday, comprised many weight categories competed for by both male and female participants.
Al Musawi and Marhoon expressed their happiness in winning their medals and thanked the President of the Asian Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness and President of Bahrain Weightlifting and Bodybuilding Federation (BWBF), Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa for his continuous support in their success at such a prestigious event.
