Gulf Hotels Group launches new residence property

Lona Real Estate Owners of the Amwaj Waves Development recently hosted a luncheon on the occasion of the launch of its hotel apartment “Gulf Residence Amwaj”, managed under the umbrella of The Gulf Hotels Group.

The Gulf Residence Amwaj is a brand new property, part of the Amwaj Waves Development on Amwaj Islands, by developer Lona Real Estate BSC.  The project, which has been completed, will be opened to customers from this September.

The project is comprised of two luxury four star hotel apartment buildings featuring a total of 173 apartments made up of 2 studio units, 42 one-bedroom, 102 two-bedroom and 18 three-bedroom apartments, in addition to four premium four-bedroom penthouses.

Facilities include a swimming pool deck, a fitness centre, an all-day brasserie restaurant, cafes, boutique shops and salons, meeting and banquet rooms and ample parking space.

“The Gulf Residence Amwaj is managed by the Gulf Hotels Group and is one of the new projects in line with the group’s expansion strategy” said Gulf Hotels Group Chief Executive Officer Aqeel Raees.

“The service will mirror the Group’s core philosophy of providing five-star services for four-star pricing,” he added.

Other facilities include a health club with sauna and steam rooms, children’s pool, jacuzzi. Concierge service and valet parking is available for the convenience of all guests, the group said in a statement.

“In addition to the two Gulf Residence Amwaj Buildings, Lona Real Estate BSC, have a limited number of available two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments available for freehold sale in the Residential section of the same Amwaj Waves Development,” read the statement.
