 A Spoonful of Home: Middle Eastern Recipes Made Easy  is written by  Rania Moualla. She is an entrepreneur/fashion designer, writer and philanthropist based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.   The book celebrates the delicious foods lovingly prepared by her own mother. Believing that good food nourishes the soul as well as the body, Rania recreated these cherished family recipes as “a shortcut to my mother’s table. My entire concept is to illustrate that great meals don’t have to be time-consuming,” Rania says.  “I’ve adapted these favorites so that busy people can enjoy the beautiful tradition of preparing, sharing, and bonding over home-cooked meals.”  Between her elegant and easy interpretations of time-honored clothing and cuisine, and her caring outreach, Rania seeks to reawaken and share a rich, gracious and life-enriching legacy.
