Manama : The current economic and security situation in the region and the world impose serious challenges on countries’ development programmes, remarked Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa yesterday. During their meeting at Gudaibiya Palace, they noted that Bahrain is exerting all possible efforts to overcome those challenges through effective government strategies and initiatives.

They stressed that the current critical phase requires launching initiatives that ensure the sustainability of the development process in the Kingdom, and its ability to move forward to achieve the government’s goals related to upgrading the citizens’ living standards.
