Fashion show at Dana Mall on May 28

Manama: The “Lights, Camera, Fashion ltd.” fashion show, to be held at the Dana Mall on May 28 from 3pm to 8pm, will feature some of its fashion students and their designs.

This was announced by   Hashim Hussein, Head of United Nations Industrial Development Organisation, Investment and Technology Promotion Office (UNIDO – ITPO), and Hamra Alam, President of Lights, Camera, Fashion ltd. at a press conference here yesterday.

The students, who come from different walks of life and nationalities, will showcase their unique fashion designs while new faces of Bahrain-based models strut their stuff on the runway.

 During the fashion show, Hamra Alam will conduct workshops on how to run a fashion boutique and other topics. Designs by Dubai-based menswear designer Nader Tearab  and new collections from Shaima Nader aka Alrazza Tailoring will also be showcased. The event is supported by the Arab International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Investment (AICEI). The Centre was established under the banner of South-South Co-operation through the joint efforts of the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO), the Bahraini Government and the Inter Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship & Investment Training (IRC)-Government of India.

During the fashion show, ticket owners can attend seminars.  Besides, those who attend the show will automatically be placed into a raffle draw for a chance to win fabulous prizes from different outlets like “Mary Kay Jewelers” and so many more.
