ISB students excel in CBSE Class 10 exams
Manama: The students of Indian School displayed exemplary performance in the Class 10 CBSE exams held in March 2016. The school has achieved 100 % results.
As against the total number of 814 students who appeared for the examination this year, 755 qualified and 59 are placed under Eligible for improvement of performance (EIOP) and no one has failed.
136 students achieved A1 in all subjects and scoring a CGPA of 10 out of 10 as compared to the 73 students who scored A1 in all subjects in the year 2015
School Chairman Prince S Natarajan and all the Members of the Executive Committee congratulated the students, the teachers and the parents for the good results. The Principal V R Palaniswamy attributed the success to the team of teachers and parents and congratulated everyone.
The Highlights are
• 136 students (16.70%) scored A 1 in all subjects and scored a CGPA of 10 out of 10
• 334 (41.03%) students scored CGPA 9 and above.
• 507 students (62.28 %) obtained CGPA 8 and above.
• 741 students (91.03%) obtained CGPA 6 and above.
