Schools urged to raise quality
Manama : Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Public and Technical Education Latifa Isa Al Bunudha chaired a meeting with principals from various schools in preparation of the National Authority of Qualifications and Quality Assurance for Education and Training’s visits to the schools for the upcoming academic year 2016-2017.
During the meeting, Al Bunudha urged the principals to focus on implementing the recommendations of the National Authority by taking necessary steps.
She also stressed that they should ensure that these changes would have a positive effect in various areas of school work, especially to improve the teaching and learning processes that in return raises the students’ academic level.
Al Bunudha showcased the results of analytical study prepared by the Public and Technical Education section on the schools that received unsatisfactory results.
She reviewed the priorities of these schools and the difficulties they are facing, pointing out that the Ministry will spare no effort in providing assistance to raise the level of
performance.
