Hills win the second Monday Night Lights
Manama : The Couple Steven and Samantha Hill (29.37) won the second Monday Night Lights competition at the Royal Golf Club ahead of David Wales and wife Dena (31.62), while Nils Berge and Rob Lane (33.25) narrowly clinched third place on count back.
Nearest the pin side contests on holes 12 and 16 were won by Dagfrid Berge and Ugo Vencenzini respectively.
Over 30 players took part in the tournament which was played on the back 9 holes of the Club’s challenging Montgomerie championship course.
The evening was rounded off with a prize presentation ceremony in the Club’s Members’ Lounge where Sohail Singh, the Royal Golf Club’s Tournament Coordinator, was on hand to present the prizes.
