CSB holds workshop on e-services
Manama : The Civil Service Bureau (CSB) conducted an introductory workshop on new electronic services for officials and employees from human resource directorates in Ministries and government entities yesterday to involve and keep them in line with the new services.
The Director of Management Information Amal Shaheen explained that under the directives of the CSB President, Ahmed Al Zayed, most of the employees’ actions provided to government entities had been developed within a clear plan and time frame.
“Moreover, periodically issued instructions on developing services to save time and effort to complete the transaction, come in line with government directives.”
Shaheen indicated that the workshop addressed various electronic services like allowances and reimbursements, different types of promotions, recruitment and contracts, reward and annual increment.
She also noted that the features of the electronic services and the flow of each service had been presented as well as given a detailed explanation on entering and viewing the services in the system.
