Deputy PM Shaikh Khalid leaves hospital
Manama: Deputy Premier Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa has thankfully left hospital after two days of successful medical checkups, treatment and recuperation.
He expressed his gratitude and appreciation to HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister for visiting, getting assured about his health and for their keenness on his quick recovery.
A statement was issued by the Deputy Premier's Office in which he assured the leadership that he will continue his career efforts, praying to Allah the Almighty to preserve and bestow success upon our leadership in the interest of the nation and citizens' welfare.
He also expressed sincere appreciation to Their Highness the Royal Family Members and to the Speaker, ministers, ambassadors accredited in the Kingdom, Shura councilors, MPs, government officials and citizens for their genuine sentiments in enquiring about his health condition, visiting and calling him.
