Zain launch Alshuhoor App
Manama: Zain Bahrain yesterday announced it has launched Zain Alshuhoor, a free app designed to make it easier for Muslims to perform their daily rituals during the Holy month of Ramadan.
The app allows users to check daily prayer timings, locate mosques that hold Qeyam and Taraweh prayers, listen to Holy Quran recitations and ‘dua’ prayers, and watch daily Islamic programmes,
including exclusive daily spiritual teachings offered by Sheikh Fahad Al Kandari with optional push notification reminders for each daily episode. There is also a feature called Ramadan with Zain, which will publish the operator’s entire Ramadan activities.
The app, which can be download from the App Store or on the Google Play Store, is among a range of exclusive Ramadan services being launched by the operator this year.
“Ramadan is always a special time for us at Zain Bahrain, and this year, we are announcing a number of exciting offers during the Holy Month,” said Zain Bahrain Marketing Director, Roland Loetscher. “The needs of our Muslim customers change during Ramadan, so we adapt our offerings accordingly, both to engage them and to make their lives more convenient.”
