Over 80pc of ‘Al Qamra’ plots sold

Manama: Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the biggest urban development companies in Bahrain, has witnessed tremendous response to its new freehold development concept, ‘Al Qamra’, with over 80 per cent of available plots sold since the project was officially opened to the

public.

Sales for the first phase of ‘Al Qamra’ kicked off on 4 June 2016 at the Diyar Al Muharraq Sales Centre.

The first phase of the  project launched 77 freehold residential plots ranging from 300 to 700 square metres, enabling flexibility in sizes to cater to the varying housing needs.

Commenting on the success, Dr. Maher Al Shaer, Chief Executive Officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, stated: “The overwhelming response we received on ‘Al Qamra’ marks another milestone in Diyar’s successes on both the project level and the strategic level of the company.”

“The success of ‘Al Qamra’ is attributed to a number of key factors – ideal location, freehold access, variety of land sizes and sufficient communal facilities,” explained Dr. Al Shaer.

‘Al Qamra’ is located in the heart of Diyar, within walking distance from Dragon City and the waterfront development Marassi Al Bahrain that features one of Diyar’s largest beaches. The project, according to Diyar, offers scenic landscaping, dedicated retail and recreational spaces, ample greenery and access to communal facilities, which make it an attractive choice for those aspiring to experience community
living.
