Sign of solid ties

Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa yesterday hailed the solid bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and other countries, underlining keenness to develop them in the interest of all nations. 

HM the King made the remarks while receiving heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Bahrain, who expressed sincere congratulations on the Holy Month of Ramadan. They wished Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity. 

HM the King asked them to convey his greetings to their presidents, and to their people wishes of advancement and wellbeing. HM King Hamad also welcomed their efforts in reinforcing joint cooperation in various fields. 

Meanwhile, HM the King, in the presence of Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, received at Sakhir Palace senior Bahraini officials, who expressed deepest Ramadan greetings to HM the King.

HM the King received Representatives Speaker, Shura Chairman, Supreme Judicial Council President, National Audit Court President, Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman, governors, municipality councils Chairmen and heads of labour unions. 

They congratulated HM the King and wished him abundant good health and happiness to continue leading the development and reform march under his prosperous era. 

HM the King welcomed the well-wishers’ visit that reflects the importance of communication during Ramadan. 

He noted the residents’ keenness on visiting Ramadan Majlises and socialising with Bahraini people, wishing Bahraini citizens, Arab and Islamic nations many happy returns. 

HM the King also highlighted values of compassion and unity, praying to Almighty God that these values to continue for the promotion of national security and stability.
