Kuwaiti scholar delivers religious lecture at mosque
Manama: The Southern Governorate hosted yesterday at the Ibn Taymiyah Mosque in Riffa Kuwaiti scholar Dr. Sheikh Othman Al-Khamees, who delivered a religious lecture.
Organised by the Southern Governorate in collaboration with the Sunni Waqft Directorate as part of its Ramadan lectures, it was attended by the Deputy Southern Governor, Faisal bin Rashid Al-Nuaimi, and scores of citizens and residents.
Shaikh Othman Al-Khamees focused on good manners and moral values in Islam, noting that Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) was sent to complete the best of morals.
He asserted that Islam aimed to educate human beings with the most virtuous principles to steer him clear from vices and immoral conduct.
