ASRY participates in shipping expo in Athens
Manama: ASRY, the leading shipyard in the Arabian Gulf, has showcased its products and services in Athens at Posidonia, in one of the largest shipping exhibitions in Europe.
Growth in the show’s size, plus positive signs in the Hellenic shipping market re-affirm Greece’s importance as a market for ASRY to focus on.
“More than ever, both new and repeat customers use the show as a platform to re-connect,’ said Nils Kristian Berge, ASRY Chief Executive, who led the ASRY delegation at the event.
“For ASRY to maintain its leadership in the Arabian Gulf, it’s essential we are available to meet our valuable Greek partners, and also update the European shipping market on our latest improvements.”
The 2016 iteration of the show was larger than the previous versions with more than 1,800 exhibitors from 89 countries.
Visitors to the show came from across Europe with 20,000 shipping specialists passing through the doors.
ASRY had a dedicated presence at the exhibition, with senior management on hand to meet customers.
