BD100 allowance for sickle cell centre staff

Manama : The President of the Civil Service Bureau (CSB), Mr. Ahmed bin Zayed Al Zayed issued Civil Service instructions No. (7) for the year 2016 to government entities to amend Civil Service instructions No. (8) for the year 2010 concerning nursing positions and medical units eligible for nursing allowance, the amendments states to add employees working in sickle cell center at Salmaniya Medical Complex to be eligible for the nursing allowance at a rate of 100 dinars per month.

Previously, CSB issued instructions No. (8) for the year 2010, in which the Bureau identified the nursing positions eligible for the allowance, at the rate of BD 50 and BD 100 depending on the employees workplace, whether at Salmaniya Medical Complex or other health centers.

Furthermore, the Bureau pointed out that occupants of nursing positions working in Health units at Ministry of Health are eligible for nursing allowance (nursing chief, nursing supervisor, senior nurse specialist, nurse specialist, senior midwife specialist, midwife specialist, senior general nurse specialist, general nurse specialist, midwife, senior general nurse, general nurse and paramedic.
