Bahrain dissolve Quran Care Society
Manama : Bahrain dissolved the Quran Care Society, it was announced yesterday.
The society was dismissed for breaching the law, as stipulated in Article (50) of the Law on Associations, Social and Cultural Clubs, Special Committees Working in the Field of Youth and Sports, and Private Institutions, promulgated by Decree-Law 21/1989, said Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel Humaidan.
The society’s members, officials and staff shall not continue their activities related to the society.
A liquidator was appointed to liquidate the society and distribute the assets within four months, in accordance with the provisions of the law, and the association’s by-law.
