Acting against Bahrain Men’s appeal Suspended
Manama : The High Criminal Appeals Court has adjourned hearing in the appeal of eight men, whose Bahraini nationality had been stripped off, until September 6.
The defendants were among the list of 31 men, whose citizenship was stripped off on November 7, 2012 for acting against the interests of the Kingdom.
The Lower Criminal Court had earlier ordered to expel the defendants from the country due to their new status after losing the Bahraini nationality.
The Court also fined each of them BD100 for staying illegally in Bahrain.
