Crown Prince orders swift delivery of housing units

Manama : His Majesty’s development programme remains the cornerstone of Bahrain’s path to prosperity, said Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. “This longstanding commitment continues to inform the nation’s progress in fulfilling citizens’ aspirations,” Prince Salman commented. 

In this regard, HRH Crown Prince ordered the swift delivery of housing units across the country, in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad and Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa. Prince Salman made the statements during his visits to the Majlises of Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah Al Khalifa,  Yousuf Abdul Wahab Al Hawaj, and Abdul Hameed Abdul Jabbar Al Kooheji.

The Crown Prince spoke of the Kingdom’s progress in achieving prosperity for all its people, which he said is a key pillar of the Kingdom’s Economic Vision 2030, and which will help strengthen the private sector’s role in driving economic growth.

The Crown Prince also highlighted that the Kingdom will work hard in parallel to continue to introduce substantial public and private sector development projects, which will make an important contribution to the improvement of citizens’ living standards and to Bahrain’s sustainable diversification efforts. Prince Salman highlighted that a key priority for the coming period is the introduction of meaningful steps to transform the private sector’s role as a driver for growth. 

He added that it is exactly this ambition that will drive innovation and competitiveness across Bahrain’s thriving economic sectors and attract new levels of international investment.

HRH Crown Prince went on to emphasise that Bahrain’s next development phase is wholly focused on investing in citizens’ future and guaranteeing high quality opportunities for all Bahrainis.

The Crown Prince concluded by extending his appreciation for the important contribution that Bahrainis make to the Kingdom’s development.

He stressed that the national values underpinning the strong bonds that exist amongst the people of Bahrain are at the heart of the Kingdom’s long-term prosperity and stability.  

The Majlis hosts and guests expressed their gratitude for the Crown Prince’s visit, and highlighted the important role Ramdan Majlis visits play in facilitating discussions on the nation’s long-term development. HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa, son of the Crown Prince, accompanied him during his Majlis visits.
