Ramadan Memories at Ritz-Carlton Bahrain

The hotel’s culinary department is composed of a passionate team of professionals, who take the island’s innovative food offerings and the Al Khayma Ramadan experience to a whole new level every year. 

This year, the exquisite Ramadan buffet took the guests on a gastronomic journey around the world, with an extensive selection of juicy dates, Tagines, Majboos, roasted lamb, succulent mixed grills, saffron rice and falafel rolls. 

The hotel has also brought traditional bread makers from rural areas in Egypt, Lebanon and Iraq. 

Leading the team is Chef de Cuisine Hanan Osman who brings over 25 years of experience, crafting culinary artworks in luxury hotels. 

Originally from Egypt, Hanan joined the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain in 2006 and has a special talent for mouth-watering, homemade style Egyptian cuisine. 

Hanan leads the team as Chef de Cuisine - Oriental Kitchen, and also collaborates hotel’s Banquet team.
