Youth City 2030 set to launch its sixth edition
Manama : Youth City 2030 will launch its sixth edition with a focus on providing quality and professional training for young Bahrainis, revealed Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs Ministry, Hisham Al Jowder. The move aims to develop skills and creativity of the young to enter the labour market. Minister indicated that the programmes and training opportunities would increase by 26.5 per cent when compared to last year.
A total of 81 programmes will be provided in the Leadership Development Centre, Arts Centre, Science and Technology Centre and Media Centre of the Youth City counting up to 3780 seats.
Minister added that this year Youth City 2030 would present professional and quality programmes in which participants will receive professional certificates and an Exhibition will be organised to exhibit the youth projects in the City.
The constructive cooperation between the Ministry and Tamkeen of Youth City’s sixth edition will start on July 17.
