BFC opens new branch in Harbour Gate

Manama : Bahrain Financing Company (BFC), has opened its 46th branch yesterday in the Harbour Gate within Bahrain Financial Harbour.

The branch is located on the 2nd floor of the Harbour Gate next to the main entrance and will be open from 8.30am to 6.30pm everyday. The branch offers BFC’s diverse range of international money transfer products, including EzRemit and MoneyGram, plus a choice of over 40 global currencies to buy or sell at market leading exchange rates.

Commenting on the move, James Williamson, Group Head of Marketing has said, “Footfall is increasing as occupancy continues to rise in both the Harbour Towers and Harbour Gate and with the relocation of many representative offices of the Bahrain Investors Centre due to open, there will be a larger increase in visitors making the centre a key business destination.”

The opening also corresponds with the MOIC’s decision to move into their new location in the Harbour Gate in July. 

BFC currently has over 45 branches across the Kingdom of Bahrain and specialises in sending money around the globe safely and quickly to over 46,000 locations in 30 countries, through its own money transfer product – EzRemit.  Its global reach is extended to over 200 countries through its partnership with MoneyGram an international remittance company.
