HM King ratifies, issues law 16/2016
Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ratified and issued Law 16/2016 for ratification of the amendment to the third paragraph of Article 1 of the Arab Counter-terrorism Agreement after it was approved by the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives regarding the definition of "crime terror" as per the Arab Ministers of Justice Council's Resolution 648/D22/29-11-2006.
The Prime Minister and each of the ministers according to their domain have been tasked to implement this law which becomes effective from the day following the date of its publication on the Official Gazette.
