Ministry delivers Nabih Saleh housing units

Manama : Beneficiaries have received housing units from the Nabih Saleh project, announced Housing Ministry Housing Policies and Services Assistant Undersecretary Dr Khalid Al-Heidan yesterday.

The project comes within the directives of Deputy King HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa to distribute 3,000 housing units to applicants in all governorates.

Al-Heidan said that the beneficiaries needed to have the housing contracts documented by the Documentation Department at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs.

“They also have to obtain their housing unit delivery notification issued by the Legal Department of the same ministry. Then they can contact the Housing Ministry’s Communication Department to get the dates to receive the keys,” he explained.

He pointed out that the contracts delivery procedures had gone without delay. Al-Heidan also noted the direct follow-up by Minister Basim Alhamer and his directives to speed up the delivery of units of other housing projects.

He stressed that the ministry will start today delivering first group of Demestan housing project in the Northern Governorate for applicants listed on the waiting lists.
