Bahrain's HR development needs discussed
Manama : The development of human resources play a major role in raising the productivity of the Kingdom, stressed Civil Service Bureau (CSB) President Ahmed bin Zayed Al Zayed yesterday.
During a meeting with the Minister of Works and Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, Essam Khalaf, he said only qualified Bahraini cadres could provide quality service to citizens. He also confirmed the Bureau’s keenness on mutual cooperation in this regard.
They discussed ways to raise efficiency by developing organisational structure of the ministry in line with the size and the type of works undertaken. Minister Khalaf thanked the CSB President for his organisation’s efforts in raising the level of services provided to the civil service sector in Bahrain.
The meeting was attended by Undersecretary for Municipal Affairs Dr. Nabeel Abulfateh, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Informatics Shaikh Nasser bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and CSB’s Director-General for Organisation and Jobs Balancing Jamal Abdulaziz Al Alawi.
