Equal priority given to all housing applications

Manama : The Ministry of Housing said it gives equal priority to applications from Al-Daih village like all applications registered in the waiting lists in the Northern governorate in the ministry' plans to meet the housing demands in all governorates. 

The ministry intends to meet the previous applications for housing in the village through housing projects in the northern city. 

The ministry prepares units' distribution plans on an ongoing basis to meet housing applications listed on waiting lists and in the light of available of housing projects being implemented in various provinces and cities in the Kingdom of Bahrain in addition to future projects and that Al-Daih applications are included in these plans, according to the criteria of antecedence and equal opportunities. 

The ministry said it receives all citizens' complaints and inquiries about status of their applications or any housing-related matters. The ministry has embarked on diversification and multiplicity of direct communication channels with citizens, as well as the media and communication channels.

The ministry is receiving many complaints and inquiries from citizens on a daily basis, follows them through and responds to citizens' complaints and/or queries.

Ad hoc committee in the ministry consider emergency and urgent cases and deals with a lot of applications and find the solutions to them. Citizens are called upon to follow the formal and legal channels to communicate with the ministry regarding their applications.
